The first step is choosing from one of our ADU plans based on the architectural style of your home. While our website will guide you through this selection process, rest assured that during your consultation with team, you'll have the opportunity to finalize your choice and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the options available.
Financing & planning

Our team will help explain what you can expect for financing options, we also have an in-house financing team that can help you get the project funded. In this step we’ll work on planning and talk over anticipated start times and the best path moving forward. Once a deposit is made, our team will get to work on permitting and help provide the best path to move forward.
Design and Customize

After making the deposit, you will be provided with a personalized design selection package encompassing flooring, tile, paint, and fixture options. Your designated manager will be there to steer you through this exciting journey, ensuring you make selections that perfectly align with your vision.
Build Process

Once permitting is complete we will be building your ADU quickly! We feel as if the build process can be extremely exciting and we are here to keep you up to date and get your new ADU ready and that passive income flowing!
